Program Description
Indicana Restaurant operates an SMS-based out-of-stock reporting system for its staff. Employees text the name of any out-of-stock inventory item to +1 844-820-2876. The item is automatically logged in the management system and the appropriate team is notified.
How Opt-In Works
Staff members are enrolled in this program by Indicana Restaurant management as part of their onboarding. During onboarding, each employee provides their mobile phone number and is informed, in writing, that the number will be used for the Indicana OOS out-of-stock reporting program, and agrees to receive automated text message replies from +1 844-820-2876. Participation is limited to current Indicana employees whose mobile phone numbers have been registered in the system by a manager. No public sign-up is available.
Message Types & Sample Messages
All messages are transactional automated replies sent in response to an inbound text from an enrolled employee. Examples:
Employee texts: "86 ranch dressing"
Reply: "Got it — ranch dressing logged as out-of-stock and sent to the kitchen team. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help."Employee texts: "STOP"

Message Frequency
Messages are sent on-demand by staff members only, with one automated reply per inbound report. Indicana does not send outbound marketing or promotional SMS messages through this number. Message volume varies based on how often a given employee reports out-of-stock items.
How to Opt Out
To stop receiving automated replies, text STOP to +1 844-820-2876 at any time. You will receive a confirmation and no further automated messages will be sent. To re-enroll, text START or contact your manager.
