At Indicana, we are driven by deliciousness. Our goal is to make sure every item on our menu tantalizes your taste buds and compels you to just say “wow!”

We believe every single bite should bring a smile to your face and make you want to reach for another – either for yourself or to share with a friend or loved one.

We’re bringing together the flavors of two of our favorite countries, India X Mexico, both known for foods with rich, vibrant flavors. You won’t find bowls of traditional Indian curries or traditional Mexican tacos. Instead, we’ll surprise your tastebuds with innovative dishes inspired by combining the flavors and fares from both countries. 

From a casual lunch consisting of innovative tacos and burritos – like our tender pork vindaloo with tandoori-spiced slaw on warm, house made Naan – to an elevated dinner experience with dishes like roasted, sweet potato enchiladas with butter masala sauce or tamarind- ginger-maple glazed pork ribs with a tangy apple slaw, we have a treat for your taste buds.

We also believe in having flavorful options for every dietary need, whether you're gluten-free, dairy-free, vegetarian, vegan or carnivorous. And we understand that kids don’t necessarily want to experiment with flavors, so we’ve designed a kids menu to cater to simple tastes.

Everything on our menu was created with love by Chef Noreen Hiskey of Inland Curry, with inspirations from her home country of India and the Mexican flavors and techniques she has grown to love since moving to the U.S. over a decade ago.
